My favourite Authors and books I am reading

Welcome to my blog!
“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies . . . The man who never reads lives only one.” – George R.R. Martin
It's no secret that I spend most of my spare time either reading, or writing my own stories.
Life just lends itself as a huge storyboard.
Some of mine are entirely fictional, some lent on experiences and some are the stone cold truth.
I love a good romance, MC romance, biographies, fantasy novels, my taste is eclectic.
Struggling at times with what to read, to find that great page turner, I was guessing that a lot of folks have the same problems.
So here is my recent top 10 of books I read and loved.
Devils Angels MC series by Lola Wright - one of the funniest MC romance books I have read in absolute ages. Had me crying with laughter! You have got to meet Gunner, Axel, Pooh and Vex. Not to mention MAC, Craig and the rest of the Characters. Hillarious! I am jealous that I am not THAT Ava :)
The Dragons of Pern / Pern series by Anne Mc Caffrey - one of the great fantasy series out there. I have read 21 of them so far and still working my way through. Spellbinding if you like dragons.
The Farseer triology, Liveship Traders triology, Tawny Man triology, Rain WIld Chronicles by Robin Hobb. I have read all of those, several times. Amazing fantasy stories.
The Evil Dead MC series by Nicole James - what can I say, hot hot hot and very amusing.
Angel Girl (S.H.E.) series by Christine Michelle - An MC romance from a different perspective, covering Lady MCs.
My House of Memories by Merle Haggard - being a Country Music fan, this was a MUST READ. Loved every page of it too.
My Life: It's a Long Story by Willie Nelson - another stunning Biography
This is Going to Hurt: Secret Diaries of a Junior Doctor by Adam Kay - having worked in the medical field, I well appreciated some of the entries. Real funny .
The Last Kingdom series by Bernard Cornwell - Historical fiction at it's best
If Only but for One Moment by Susan Gallant - A heart rendering story of palliative care at home.
As you can see, I read lots of different stuff. I cheated a bit, since a lot of the books here area series of books rather than one book. Would have been too difficult to narrow it down.
It all pretty much depending on my mood and whether I have to get up for work in the morning ;)
What's the latest book you read? What's your favorite and why?
